Creating Through Grief
A note from Rosa Sophia, Founder:
I created Lady June Press to honor the memory of my great aunt June (pictured on the left) who was murdered in 1959 at the age of 31. In August of 2015, my brother Miles Dylan Godshall Holden committed suicide at age 27, giving me a new purpose for LJP. As a result, the publishing company went live and Miles's writings on martial arts were published under the title Sphere of Influence: An Approach to Self-Defense on May 13, 2017. Lady June Press is a very selective publishing company that only accepts certain categories of nonfiction and fiction, as well as poetry. In the future, we will also be publishing books relating to my family's history.
